Whenever we’re considering fruit companions for our traditional lemonade, we’re picky about it. Because whatever we choose needs to uplift the taste of lemon and honey, not overpower it. For us, the dark purple depth of late summer blackberries was an obvious match for the juicy-sweet acidity of lemons. Ripe blackberries make the perfect sidekick to an already good thing! Beautiful balance, and even more beautiful color, all bottled up and ready to enjoy…in this case, without the stained fingers.

Honey

The floral sweetness of honey has an especially warm depth of flavor that we think is the bee’s knees. In fact, we like it so much that we’re the only honey-sweetened lemonade in store.

If summer were a fruit, it would be a ripe blackberry. Juicy, sweet, tart, and locally and sustainably grown, they're a year-round favorite with tons of flavor pairing potential. A lemon's best friend.

For the Season

Serve hot with a stick of cinnamon for extra warm fuzzies. Stir with spirits like whiskey or brandy for a delicious one-of-a-kind winter warmer.
