Basil Lemonade

Our flagship recipe.

Rustic Pours Basil Lemonade came from the desire to celebrate the good things in life: the simple flavors and quality ingredients that remind us of home and simple joys. The lemonade of our dreams has always been hand-squeezed, hand-stirred, and hand-sweetened, and that’s how we’ve been making it for the last 20 years. Except we do it a little differently than our moms did, using local honey instead of sugar, and a bit of fresh basil for a versatile botanical twist.

Lemons

Exquisitely tart, and as bright as summer sunshine. Grown in California and squeezed at peak ripeness, our lemons make the perfect base for the perfect glass of lemonade.

Honey

The floral sweetness of honey has an especially warm depth of flavor that we think is the bee’s knees. In fact, we like it so much that we’re the only honey-sweetened lemonade in store.

Basil

Sweetly botanical, PNW-grown basil infuses our lemonade with a subtle layer of herbaceousness that makes it all the more delicious and versatile.

For the Season

Toddy your heart out! Serve hot with mulled spices, cinnamon stick, preserved lemon, cloves, and anise star. With or without spirits, it’s a special treat for colder months.
